In these photos my friend, Dave, who ambulates by way of white cane, encounters tree limbs hanging below the legally-prescribed height.

Curb cuts allow wheelchair users safe access to public sidewalks. However, unless they have tactile markers (as shown in these photos) curb cuts can create dangerous situations for blind people using white canes for mobility.

Question: What in the world?

Answer: One example of "reasonable accommodation.
